Standard payment terms are net 30 days, subject to credit approval. For non-established accounts, prepayment by credit card is required. Orders will not be processed if account is delinquent.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance fees, shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Shipments are FCA: Seastar Chemicals, 10005 McDonald Park Road, Sidney, BC V8L 5Y2 Incoterms® 2010 unless otherwise stated.

Returns will not be accepted unless we have given prior permission and shipping instructions. You must receive a return authorization number from us before returning product. Materials returned to us may be subject to a restocking fee.
Products sold by Seastar are warranted to conform to the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis. This warranty is exclusive and there are no other warranties expressed or implied.
Our liability for damages is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the product or replacement, at our election. In no event shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

It is assumed that only trained individuals familiar with the inherent potential hazards of our products will handle them.
